For many years, I lived the life I had carefully planned. I earned the grades, completed university and a masters, built a successful career in property development, and achieved the financial milestones I had set from a young age.
On paper, I had everything together.
But in 2018, despite the success, I felt deeply unfulfilled. What I thought would bring satisfaction instead left me feeling lost, exhausted, and disconnected.
